In the summer of 1870, Basil Hallwars, an artist, is finishing the picture of his friend Dorian Gray. Dorian is young, handsome and innocent and he is delighted whith his beautiful, and spectacular portrait. But one day, when he meets cynical Lord Henry Wotton, his life changes. He meets a beautiful girl, she is poor but he loves she, but under Lord Henry's influence, he leave she and she  . Under Lord Henry's influence his life becomes more and more decadent, and his beautiful picture reflect what is happening to him. One day he kill a friend hen the picture changes a lot and then he dead and the picture return to his normal form.  This is one of Oscar Wilde's most popular books.
